Custom Region Request

Is there anyone interested in making a Custom Region for me.

I want a Texas Mississippi region for a fictional league I want to start

Is this even possible? (like someone saves it as a quickstart and then I download the zip file)

I've tried to do what's mentioned in that thread about how to make it myself, but I got lost quick.

I have post concussion syndrome, hard for me to learn new stuff and I get migraines easy.

It's in ootp's Database folder. If you're going to mod it, make a copy of it first!!

I found the Database Folder (i.e. name files, world XML file)

I have it opened in Notepad now

Took me a few days to figure it all out as you can see
