OOTP 11 update (build 11.0.3) available for preorder customers!

Dear fans,

for those of you who preordered the game and downloaded it on Monday or Tuesday, we have created a patcher which will install the most recent build (11.0.3). This is the latest and most recent version which was released to the public yesterday.

Customers who downloaded the game since yesterday do not need to apply this update! If you are unsure which version you currently run, start OOTP, the build number can be found in the top left corner of the main menu screen.

Version 11.0.3 does have the following fixes/improvements compared to the previous build:

Fixed errors in the major league quickstart (only applies when starting a new ML game)
Enabled evolving league options for major league quickstart
Tweaked inaugural draft AI, relief pitchers were picked too late
Tweaked automatic relocation/expansion
Fixed several activation- and installer-related issues

Simply download the update and run it. In the installer dialog select the install location of your current OOTP 11 version and after the patcher is finished, launch OOTP. That's it! The patcher does not overwrite any saved games or custom data which is not part of this update.

Does this fix the start date for Short Season A leagues (well, at least the New York-Penn, I hadn't noted if the Northwest League was wrong too)?

Same question. Is the process for uninstalling/reinstalling the whole game the same as in OOTPX? (i.e., download, then unlicense, then uninstall, then reinstall, then relicense?)

This will need some more days, sorry

But we'll release a patch later this week anyway, so better wait for that patch.
You could of course download the full installer and just install it on top of your current version. No uninstall or unlicense needed.
