"Send usage Data" to OOTP developments"
In Game settings, there is a place that says "send usage data to OOTP developments". It is disable by default... Wondering is it helpful to turn it on for the development team to get useful info??

This item was introduced several years ago. It is opt-in. It tracks how you use the game, that is, what game mode you prefer (i.e. MLB league, fictional, historical), how long you spend on various in-game screens, how frequently different screens are opened, that sort of thing. It helps the developers understand exactly how users are interacting with the game, and thus make informed decisions about how to proceed in the future.
If you want to help with that, then you can switch the feature on. If you don't like the idea of sharing data, regardless of what it may be or the supposed purposes, then leave it off. The choice is entirely yours, and both are perfectly fine. Last edited by Le Grande Orange; 03-21-2019 at 03:15 PM. |

I always opt-in on this. Anything that can help the developers sounds good to me.
That said - just how much does this help the developers and in what ways? Matt? Lastly, Orange - I'd like to take your avatar out for toast, coffee and juice.
