1. What was the ref being careless enough to accidently kick his injured leg?
2. In replays I saw, the Blazers & training staff was kind of slow to react. Not that it mattered at all. But still.....the Nets in unison jumped away. Portland just kind of stood there.

1. Hardly a kick. He should not have stepped over him but his right foot clipped Nurick's left shoe as he stepped over. Players take hard falls all the time and he certainly did not know how bad the injury was. But it was careless and if someone falls you should not step over them. 2. The Nets today are saying they heard the bones break. The Blazers players reacted pretty quickly. The bench I don't know if it was from shock or thinking he hit his head and back but did not react that quick. But it's not like much could have been done beyond getting his leg into an air cast and getting him out of there. Terrible injury and it's too bad we see 2-3 of these a year now. I really don't see how to prevent them though. He was performing one of the most routine plays in basketball and got tangled up and fell at just the wrong angle. 499 times out of 500 he takes a hard fall and gets up and resumes play. Not this time I hope his surgery goes well and he is ready for next season. He has been playing the best basketball of his career lately. And to lose him late in double OT |

Why does Lowery suck so bad once the regular season ends? He's, like, the reciprocal of Reggie Miller or James Worthy.

In fact this was year two. His FTA per game dropped by half which in NBA terms is a clear sign of a player losing his athleticism. And Jesus, Yahoo sports bringing the heat with this burn job https://mobile.twitter.com/YahooSpor...7Ctwgr%5Etweet |

I'm on a Hurricanes high right now. So I hit the bed w/the Warriors leading by 20+ at half time. I'm not thinking about checking out NBA scores this morning. Then on the drive to work, they say the Clips won. I thought I misheard or the announcer got it mixed up. So I get online at work and..........

Just watching the Dubs/Clipps game. Nothing specific. Just the things the zebras somehow see & then somehow miss.
The worst was when Lou Williams gave an uppercut to the GS defender's jaw w/the basketball when he was going up for a shot. They gave the foul to GS, stupid #1. But if the call was somehow correct that you can foul a Spaulding w/your chin, the violation most definitely happened on the shot and it should have been 2 FT's. But instead it was OoB. And the incompetence is so common, the stupid commentators don't even bring it up. They just go with it like somehow we the viewer missed it. Don't pay attention to the man behind the curtain. I've still yet to watch a whole NBA game this season. The officiating makes me want to vomit.

I am not saying they should get a free pass but the speed and pace of the game make it really hard to call. |

Nothing the Suns do shocks me. But I am surprised they fired Igor after one season. Never had a starting level PG. Starting 3 rookies for a good portion of the season.
What a mess of a franchise. |

I see the national media is jumping on my "NBA refs suck" bandwagon. The press wanted to move on past Tim Donaghey as quickly as possible. But officiating to the NBA is as steroids to MLB. I'm tired of the manipulation. Refs are manipulating the game. Players are manipulating the refs. I'm tired of it.

here to say that im glad lillard is finally getting his due and i have bought up blazers to the WCF stock after Game 2
after this rockets warriors game 3 i have a strong feeling we're getting more talking head/thinkpieces asking if the warriors are done, but i feel like they'll clean up against houston kawhi is a god and he's definitely leaving toronto. a shame cause the raps went all in to have a punching chance at the finals and their bench was pretty hyped throughout the season
