Meh. It depends on the context of the video, how comfortable people feel with tornados, and how knowledgeable they are about tornados.
This was filmed in Iowa, so they are well versed in tornados. How close is the field to a safe structure to seek protection in? How far away is the tornado? What direction was it heading? Had it already passed them by? Etc. Its obvious that people were aware of it and paying attention and that they didn't feel concerned enough to take the kids off the field (kind of like if they saw a raging rain storm in the distance). It's not as big a deal as the weather channel makes it out to be. I'd sit and watch it too. Heck, I have sat and watched tornados before.

I'm from Texas and we do not get freaked out by tornadoes as they are not an uncommon event. My hometown has been hit by a tornado twice in the past century. The town I grew up in suffered a massive tornado during my high school years. Most rural and small town Texans have tornado shelters on property. If things are dicey, go underground, drop the door, and listen to the radio for the all clear.

You guys will recall this photo that went viral recently. I remember reading about this guy at the time; that he knew the likely path of the tornado and that, no matter what happened, he would have time to finish mowing the lawn because it was far enough away. I guess you get a fatalistic attitude living in tornado alleys: If it comes, it comes, but might as well get the lawn done in the meantime!
