Is this a playable tournament? I started as Tappara Tampere and did not have CHL games in my schedule, but I started another game with no team and Tampere played in CHL.

Do we need to prove ourselves as managers before we are given CHL games?

Yes, it's playable.
CHL games are scheduled on Aug. 25th, so you don't see CHL games in schedule before that day.
