I'm sorry, I don't do impressions. My training is in psychiatry.

Gibson swings, and a fly ball to deep right field! This is gonna be a home run! Unbelievable! A home run for Gibson! And the Dodgers have won the game, 5 to 4; I don't believe what I just saw! I don't believe what I just saw!

You probably meant faster simulation, right?

League evolution off by default! EDIT: Well seems like only one league did have it off. Will file a bug report to get clarification.

Multithread has already won the day. Nice and snappy on shop a player, positional strength charts, strength overviews. Trade Team Needs setup is great. Haven't had any offers yet though.

The game on my mac at least, already feels way faster. Even when starting a new game, on 16 took 5 min, in 17 only took 1-2

I'm still downloading the game, Markus, but being able to play the game before work instead of having to wait until after I got home tonight was a damn nice surprise.

Thank you.

Quick question though. In my email, it has links for downloading server 1 and server 2. Do I download both, or just one or the other?

I am still importing the rosters for a historical game, but I wanted to say thank you to Markus and the rest of the team for all of the hard work they have put in to make such an ambitious and impressive edition of Out of the Park Baseball. I am really excited about the historical minor league rosters!

First thing I noticed AND REALLY LIKE

is that the hitters have higher ratings than they used to have in the last two versions

Now even in the MLB QS there are a couple of players rated over 190 for home runs, and a few in the 180's
Its great to see that, where hitters and pitchers again have a bit of equality for who might be the best or most wanted in a trade or draft...

First thing I'd add to the game:

While creating a Historical Exibition Series, once the team are selected and you have to move them to the roster, I'd include a button like "Add Every Player to the Roster" or allow a multiple selection through checkboxes or something like that.

I think that would allow to run the series much faster than being dragging and dropping players from the left to the right side of the screen one by one, when you don't care about putting everyone on the selected roster.

Being able to easily tell the difference between Single A and Advanced A is probably my favorite feature of OOTP 17

I don't have to memorize them anymore!

But the AI sets up the teams already. I assume you don't need to change the rosters in amyn cases.

All clear. If you leave the roster blank then every player is added. Great!

Another one: What is the Age column supposed to mean? Is the header wrong, or the values, or what happens there?

Edit: Maybe it'd also be nice to include the team's season number as part of its name. Just run a 92 Blue Jays vs 93 Blue Jays and it is quite confusing to read things like "The Blue Jays lead the series" without any clue which team is the one leading.

Edit 2: Now for some reason running 92 Blue Jays against 15 Blue Jays it includes the year.
