Field of Dreams Moving to OOTP17

We just converted to OOTP17 for a league that's been around for the 2nd version of FoD for 2 real life years and the first version went roughly 10 real life years.

We are a fictional league with ratings of 1-20 and scouts on. We sim Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

We have 3 teams open upon conversion.
