Hello,
Man.. I cant begin to tell you how happy I am that OOTP Developments is making a hockey game. As a huge fan of the Baseball and Boxing sims, I almost came out of my shoes when I saw you are producing a hockey game! I will be first in line to buy, along with my brother, father, and about 5 people I work with that I already told. I am anxious to see how this game unfolds and how the game will operate as you get closer to release.

A few quick questions: Will this game be as customizable as OOTP baseball? Will we be able to start fictional leagues and do things like turn financials off? Import logos and uniforms and change team colors and all that good stuff? Is the game still slated for a 2012 release?

Hockey is the best sport in the world in my humble opinion, and I am so pumped to see the best sim company in the world making this game.

Hey, well I'm not Sebastian but I can answer that, yes the game is going to be customisable, yes it's going to be released this year (4th Quarter is mentioned). All this stuff is talked about an mentioned in the main thread.

However I like how you posted directly to Seb. I understand they will be busy people and that but they have been very quiet recently regarding this game. A few posts to keep people happy and stop people requesting all sorts of info would probably help them out!

The last few months (and in special the last few weeks) I was tied up with the release of iOOTP Baseball 2012, which was released about a week ago. Since then I had to get back onto track with the hockey project and all the stuff Malte did in the time I was away. Last week I did a lot of work on the GUI, it is nice to see screens finally look like they will look after release.

Once we are a little further we will start to write some kind of blog / journal to show you the progress but right now it would be pretty boring for you.
