Looking to join another league actually

Love the one I'm in (play2win) but would like another one as well...

(I have WAY too much free time)

Modern Time is the only stipulation/Very active/good board and site and what not

in one league (asahi2) , looking for another

Historical is cool, or not whatever.

I'd just like it to be somewhat realistic in terms of finances, I'd prefer teams like the marlins and smaller market teams not have payrolls of $90mil , like i've seen in a few leagues i've checked out.
