Too many different elbow injuries describing the same injury?

I'll leave it to the powers that be to determine if this is too much or just right, but I count five different elbow injuries in the injuries.txt file that will result in Tommy John Surgery. If this is the way it should be, fine, but it does sound like a bit much to me. They are as follows (along with the line number they appear on if you open the file in Excel or Open Office Calc):

#33: elbow ligament reconstruction surgery
#88: partially torn UCL
#89: partially torn UCL (elbow) [this in particular seems like a duplicate]
#109: ruptured ulnar collateral ligament
#153: torn UCL

I can understand distinguishing between a partially torn UCL and a torn UCL. That makes sense to me. But I see no difference between #88 and #89. If this is how it's supposed to be that's fine, but I wonder if this will result in more TJ surgery than necessary. Thank you.

This is *not* a bug. By repeating common injuries in the injuries.txt file, we force them to happen more often. If we start removing these "duplicates", we'll see more rare injuries, like 'fractured elbow', which we don't want.

There is only a bug here if users are seeing too many UCL injuries, but to judge that, we need a comparison between real life data and OOTP data.
