Import Old League History/Data

Can we import leagues from OOTP6.5?

I'd be ok even if we could import the history/retired players/hall of fame data.

I read in the guide that you can download "demo" versions of old versions and import up. What is the path I need to follow to import ootp6.5 files?

6.5 to 7,7 to 8, 8 to 9 etc
