Online league download issue

New online player here in search of some assistance. There are certain times when I go to download the new league file that the game will download it perfectly fine but then I'll look at my minor league rosters and be missing certain players whom are replaced with players not in my organization. When I go to click on these players it takes me to another completely different players profile page who is usually in an independent league or low level minor league.

I will try to re download but get the same result. If I have the commish zip me a new file, the download will work correctly for one sim but the second sim will usually have the same previous result of being corrupted.

Can anybody recommend any fixes for this, or potentially what the issue may be?

16 or 17? A league I am in everyone had that issue almost every sim or the Jim Unknown issue, commish had to do a new file regularly, has not happened in 17 YET

17. Like I said, doesn't happen when I fire the game up and download the first league file. But if export, leave the game up and download a new file after the next sim then it becomes corrupted.
