What do i have to do to win the MVP
is probably what Jimmie Foxx was thinking after my 1932 simulated season.
Foxx had a monster season but lost the MVP to Lou Gehrig. |

Yeah ... but it looks like Lou Gehrig had the better season by far, as good as Foxx's year was.

Who won the pennant? If Gehrig's team won it (and Foxx's didn't) that's another thing to consider.

In my experience they do not look at team record when deciding MVP. It is almost alway determined by their WAR score. I have no idea why Gehrig won the MVP over Fox.

Well it's not bad that Gehrig won. I wouldnt like it if Foxx won every time. But I would have voted for Foxx the majority of time on this map vote.
