Feeder League System in OOTP24
I created a new game with opening day rosters 2023. I added a complete feeder league system as well (1 college league, 1 JUCO league, 1 high school league).
The issue here is when I look at the upcoming draft, there are 4+ pages of 80 overall potential prospects. Granted, their scouting level is mostly low right now, but in past versions when creating a feeder league, only a handful of superstar prospects were generated, and this seems way over the top. I don't want a league full of superstars. Is this normal from anyone's experience? Will these players potential normalize? |

Check PCMs and sabermetric creation numbers
From my experience those dudes for the most part start dudes. Eventually your league normalizes out with draft classes like that after 10 years or so. But you’ll have a lot of young superstars. Check those PCMs for each league. I set the top PCMs to exactly same as my pro league and the bottom sabermetric creation numbers too .800 or so and then up them or drop those number accordingly for my NCAA feeder. HS feeder maybe at .650?

Is scouting set relative to the feeder league(s) or to MLB?
