More Path to Glory vs Sandbox Questions...

I'm going to apologize up front if these questions have been discussed to death, but I did not have luck searching for answers. I'm just going to bullet list them:

- What is the difference between PTG and Custom Sandbox if you sim custom sandbox day-to-day? I get that there is a bit more flexibility in Sandbox, but is it missing any features that PTG has?

- Can you Sim as many season in PTG as you can in the sandbox?

- How do you edit players? In previous version I believe you could turn on Commish mode... can you edit players in PTG? I'm not even sure how to edit/create players in Sandbox mode in FHM3.

- Is there an expansion draft in any of the game modes? I really want to start my game as the coach/gm of one of the new expansion teams, but it doesn't seem possible.

I have more questions, but I'll figure them out on my own.

I'll Try my best to answer what i know.

1. Sandbox is customable where PTG is not. I also believe the only thing that is in PTG and not sandbox is coach ranking all time.

2. The answer is yes and no. I believe you can only be one coach/gm for 25 years before retiring, but can create a new charecter in that universe.

3. I believe editing is only in sandbox mode/commish mode.

4. Expansion is currently in sandbox mode. You can expand on July 1.

Thank you very much for the response. So my guess is, if I want to take over an expansion team I'll probably want to start my game unemployed but with a good reputation and sim out the first year.

Then at some point I should be up for the GM job when the expansion is proposed/initiated? I guess it's easy enough to test out. My preferred style of play is to artificially generate some interesting narratives, so having the ability to tweak the DB is really important to me. Thanks!

In that case easiest is to just take over the expansion team job and not wait to be chosen.
