How Can i Search For Players With High Leadership?

My entire team is complaining that we have no leader and if there is a way to search for players with high leadership skills, it's escaping me.

Winning fixes all of the complaining, however, you can search for high leadership ability with a filter to add personality ratings and then sort by leader. I tend to rely more on the write-ups on each players page though. If it says something like "other players tend to look up to" so and so then he's probably a good leader.

Unfortunately you can game this system a bit. Teams will respond to pretty much anybody with captain skills so if you even get a scrub with captain skills you are set. It looks really nice when your ace pitcher or star shortstop is the captain but don't feel you need to have it this way. My backup catcher and back 1st basemen have been my captain before.

As a brief sidetrack this is the only personality I feel is pretty important. I haven't seen any other indications or news items that says my team is missing a prankster, non-Captain leader, or sparkplug. However an outspoken personality can cause problems but they are not always bad especially if you are winning.

They'll complain about missing a captain, but having a leader or pranksters will help alleviate concerns. You can also dig through your chemistry overview to see what else might be a concern - sometimes even bringing in a veteran player might be enough to turn the tide a little bit (or firing your coach for a different personality, although that may be a bit more drastic).
