watching the game

am i able in any way to watch my game, without to push always key on the keyboard?-like a realtime simulation running smooth, while i would be able also to look into other stats while the game is running!?

i knew i'am able on webcast and also on livesim,...but on screenplay like 3d or 2d!? am i able to?

Yes you can. When you get to the start game screen (SS#1) Then chnage where your name is listed and change all to your MGR. Then start game. If you want to make changes to the lineup before game keep yourself in and then go to Options and change your name to your MGR's name. and sit back and watch the game.
I have been doing this for ST games while I type on here. (unclick pause after each play top on game screen) this way you won't have to touch anything)

but im not fine with,...-always when the ball cames into play, all player pictures are disapearing--.
is there a way to avade this issue?,...

That's part of the game and always has been. They reappear when the ball is dead.
