Can someone help me out real quick - RE: Franchise Rule Change

This was in my e-mail:
(crap can't copy and paste from there)

Basically, minimum service time to reach FA has increased to 8 years. The number of years required to be eligible for salary arbitration has increased as well.

I like it the way it was set up. I can't find ^^ in the league settings to change it back to the way it was, and honestly, don't know what exactly to set it back to.

If someone can look at what the default is, and where it is, that'd be cool.
Some rule changes I keep (NL DH, 28 roster size), some I revert, and some I laugh at (Detroit Tigers moved to become the Jacksonville Marksmen).

Thanks, quicker I get it back to normal, the quicker i can continue my franchise.

Feels like you might as well reinstitute the reserve clause, bring a guy up at 22, he's locked in til 30? Thats hilarious but geez...
