Live Start Post-Deadline

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm wanting to start up a new game using live start. I haven't used it yet so I do have a couple questions.

Basically I'm just wondering when live start will have rosters that reflect what happened this deadline. I know that there is a lag when doing live start, and I just would like to know that so I can get started.

The big names are definitely moved, even were by th 31st at night when I checked. Only thing I noticed was woods Richardson and the other trade piece were in the mets system along with stroman.

But the big names are all changed over at least

Just got confirmation from Reddit that the minor leaguers involved in the trades have not been changed. You can assign them in commissioner mode.

I can't seem to select the 'Live Start' box under standard game. I have MLB selected at the top.

Sorry if this isn't the right spot to ask this, but I dunno if I'm doing something rather simply incorrectly, or if it's a technical issue (just downloaded the latest patch 20.6 build 54).
