Anyone else not able to have a defensive replacement for 1B?

I've identified defensive replacements for RF and LF which are implemented as desired at every opportunity. However, configuring a defensive replacement for 1B has no effect at all (replacement is never used).

Perhaps I'm missing some special way to config this?

I’ve had issues with this before, some seasons it works (high number of sub appearances), other times the AI just won’t do it more than a handful of occasions.

I don’t know why, unfortunately.

Thanks for the info. Hasn't caused problems yet, but it's irritating that I went out and bought a 1B specifically for defensive replacement and he's not getting used. Guess we'll see if it ever locks in.
