VHL foreigner limit

My apologies if this has been posted before.

It seems, you have a major VHL problem concerning Kazakhstan teams playing there (and probably other non-Russian teams). The limit for foreigners in VHL is 4 players, so you got it right. However, the league's regulations state that players with Russian citizenship playing for non-Russian VHL teams don't count as foreigners. But when I start a game for Saryarka or Torpedo, my roster says I've exceeded the foreigner limit (because most of the players in the current rosters of these teams have Russian citizenship; in real life they are not viewed as foreigners according to VHL rules, but in your game they are). It makes it virtually impossible to play for these teams.

Otherwise, the game is great, keep up the good work!

Yeah, something's not working right there if that's happening, the main nation's players should never be considered foreign, even for a team not in that nation. We'll have a look at it.

Also, I don't know if it's a bug or some weird game mechanics, but my team owner's attitude dropped from 'very happy' to 'satisfied' in just three months, despite the team posting excellent record and the season being considered a 'great success'.

It should be the same for both KHL/VHL regarding Russian players and foreign teams

Most likely; I haven't yet had a chance to play for a non-Russian KHL team.

Then we have to hope that OOTP finds a way to fix it, because to me it seems the largest problem I've encountered in the game so far.
