Does OOTP's order page (esellerate) use Open SSL?

I'm hoping the answer is no because this "Heartbleed" thing sounds serious. So serious in fact that it's shut down my country's revenue agency (the tax collecting #@$&@*^s). I don't want some hacker getting my credit info due to my undying love for this game. Anyone know the answer?
