Missing Card Pack from Achievement

While playing my OOTP game, I was told one of my achievements had earned a pack of Perfect Team cards. When I went to Perfect Team, it didn't show me any cards. Do I have to do something special to claim it?

Due to some synchronization issues, usually you have to log out and log back in before you'll see the pack in your inventory.

Wow! That's cool. I didn't know there were achievements that won free packs (all of mine so far only give PP points). What was the achievement that won the free pack?

Achievements in challenge mode in the core OOTP game can randomly reward packs, not achievements within PT itself.
