Unable to Purchase PT Points

Hi, I own the direct to PC version of the game and tried to purchase PT points with 2 different cards only to get the same message "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."

No trouble yesterday.

It was the first attempt to purchase points after downloading the new Hotfix patch. It probably isn't that but thought I would mention.

Sometimes Fastspring triggers a safety mechanism when a user has too many transactions in a short time. We have asked them to lift the limit though, so that hopefully this will not happen in the future. Can you please email andreas@ootpdevelopments.com with your contact info, we will sort this out. Purchased PT points earlier this afternoon and they still have not shown up in my account. How long should this take?

Go to the 'buy perfect points' screen in-game and click on the green 'redeem perfect points' button. It will ask you for the serial number you got after you bought them.

They also email the code.
