Is there a way to prevent aging in a solo game? I want to create a Pt like league where players dont age and accumulate stats over a century. I am guessing no but how does Pt do it?

There is no such thing as a dumb question.
Case in point - I can't answer this one but I'm not dumb.
At least, I don't think I am.

You can disable player development, which will "lock" player ratings in at their current levels.

They will still eventually retire, so you won't have 106 year olds still playing in the league.
