Lost license email

Pre-ordered on feb 24th but forgot to move email from junk folder.
Went through the support and got standard ticket but havent heard back.
Is fastspring closed due to virus?

I am having the same issue. I have my OOTP 20, 19, 18 email for ordering but must not have saved my 21.

It should be pretty instant, so if you're not seeing it, it's likely getting caught up in a spam filter somewhere.

Spam filter is empty, been trying this a couple of times today then heading off to do something else. Spam filter and inbox are empty. It recognizes the email, says it has sent the key, but it is definitely not reaching the account (Yahoo in my case in case that turns out to be relevant).
