Activating on new laptop

I recently got a new laptop and just attempted to transfer the files over to it but that activation code won't work. I thought we were allowed 2 codes? Any help would be appreciated!

I recently had the same problem. Luckily I still have my old computer which I am just using for OOTP.
I got the game through eseller and when I tried to activate it on new computer got a message that my activation where used up.

Yeah, I still had my eseller receipt with the code as well, so I forwarded it to support. Hopefully, I'll get a response. I don't have my old laptop anymore, so unless they resolve it, guess I'm SOL.

Haven't got any response from support or on here, so I guess I won't be playing my OOTP20 any more. This makes me sad.

Because we changed licensing partners during the year, there are multiple versions of the game available. The first thing you need to do is make sure you download the correct version. You can find both versions listed here: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=308466

And from what I've seen around here, at least 99% of the time that these things arise it ends up being exactly this. And hey, I'm not being critical. Easy enough to do. But usually the OP in a thread like this ends up coming back and saying, oops, yep, that's what happened.
So hopefully this is what happened for you bravesfan1984, because, well, it's easy to fix.

I did this and still get the error message about no more licenses available. I purchased it when first released, so used the eseller link as well. I have no idea what to do.

You'll need to submit a ticket (https://support.ootpdevelopments.com/portal/home) and someone should be able to reset your license.
