A suggestion for PT replay animations
Right now, once you get a feel for the replay animations, a lot of the suspense is missing. You see the speed of the throw to home and you know the runner will be out or safe. What I suggest is that you have a "close" animation for throws to home, catcher trying to throw a stealer out, home runs that barely make it, etc. Then, a box appears showing one of four or so zoomed in animations. That way you can retain the suspense of what is going to happen without having to implement a ton of animations.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Yes, this is the one part of the game that could clearly use improvements.
For now, I have an angle on the replay cam, & it is less obvious whether or not drives to the outfield are going to be home runs or outs or extra-base hits.

In regular OOTP my buddy and I have been co-general managing the Phillies since 1901, it's 1930 and we're in the series and will be playing it out this weekend and it would be VERY cool to not be tipped off ahead of time as you allude.
Make the animations almost identical until the call.

Maybe ideally bring the physics in athletics experts in at some point for animation. Make the ball behave realistically.
