New Guy needs help

First year playing the game and I have made the playoffs a few times, but I can't seem to get consistently good and feel like I have good players but am aware I don't know the finer details of the game. I need help making coins at a faster rate, what stats am I looking at for players because I can have a 95+ rated player being crushed in stats by an 81 OVR. What are some things the better teams do that I more than likely don't know yet.

For a start it would be great if you could just show off your roster and what league you're in so we know what we're talking about here.

General rule: For point generation, offense is key. A top 5 league offense in a league probably nets 10kPP per year, in general.
