Submitted a ticket regarding ootp20 2 days ago (labeled critical) and still haven't heard back

basically my title; submitted a ticket regarding ootp20 2 days ago (labeled critical) and still haven't heard back. but the problem with my ticket was I wasn't able to pick ootp 20 as the game because it wasn't on the list to choose from so I put ootp19, I hope this doesn't cause any problems. I just want my ticket to be seen and resolved with.

Why you didn't post it in the bug reports section? Your chances of getting help there are pretty much zero as it isn't the correct game...

The complete set (1871 to 1959) Just the update (1950 to 1959)
