Player Game Log limited display

On the player profile page there is a section that shows the 5 games game log. How can I expand to each game the player played in.

What I am looking for is a way to see how their peformance changed over each game
ie
AVG and HR total.
It would wonderful to have that in graphical format over time!

that is only the games they are in.

"game logs" tab inside a player profile lists all the games tehy played. not sure if it provides totals/avg per month or not. i don't recall.

great way to see if that elevated ERA on an RP just a couple bad games or something to actually be concerned about.

i care more about their #good appeance / #bad appearance ratio than any other stat for an RP because sample sizes are so small they are virutally useless due to % error associated with that sample size. a 4 run outing will bloat their ERA for ~2 months even if they pitched excellently, otherwise.

i use game logs for that... should be what you want.

you don't want to make decisions based on 1-month of data even if it is listed per month. smaller subtotals arent going to be useful except to show the variance that is inherent in the results. knee-jerk reaction to a bad small sample is always poor rationalization.. there better be other corroborating factors that lead you to a decision after 1 bad month or even 1 bad season for average mlb guys.

average mlb player can naturally dip quite a ways below baseline for 162g, imagine how far it can dip in a small sample for any quality of player.

hr are basically the same % as defined by the batter each time he goes to bat.. obviously the pitcher he faces modifies that likelihood, but the players stenght and batting ability is the ~same as long as ratings remain consistent regardless of short term results... so whether he hits 7 in this time period or 2 in another doesn't tell you anything, either. flip a coin 10 times in 1- different sets... you see all sorts of trends that are not real nor repeatable with consistency. even though he only hit 2hr one month, he still had the same % relative to competition as he always had before (*while rated the ~same).

there could be under-the-hood stuff we cannot see... but it could also be random nonsense clouding the picture... is the guy a slow starter? is that part of the code? really hard to tell without some seriously boring and time-consuming experiements. in the case of slow starters, i hope RL data shows that to be a myth and random in nature, or else it's due to mental weakness or lack of preperation - both avoidable but still a potential factor in the game for that reason it occurs in rl.. (=> if it occurs and strongly correlated)

The closest thing is the game log for the season:

Profile --> Batting Stats --> Game Log
