Happened to me just now as well. The crappy thing is it locks you out of any kind of roster actions. Hopefully this gets fixed asap as it makes the game 100% unplayable.

As noted earlier in the thread, it is fixed and will be out when the next patch releases. Also, you can do the temporary fix noted on the previous page.

Thanks, I'm certainly looking forward to this. It's very frustrating when you sim a season and the new GM trades / buys out the youngsters you've been developing for a few seasons.

The patch has been released now to correct these issues along with other bugs and additions.
