Thank you OOTP Developments. You won't hear a complaint from me just stick with it. I can't tell you how many times I took to google praying to find some dude developing another hockey sim. EHM has gotten more hours of play than any game I have bought and I look forward to this series passing that.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and for every angry board poster here just remember there are 50 others who are happy with the product were just not as loud.

i had to reinstall the game and erease all the safe files. Now it works.

Before that, i had in the open screen the version 1.0, but after the crash i had the old beta .9 built showing up...

Congratulations.

I worked in software development so I know the first version is the toughest.

And if you create a first version without bugs you'll be the first people on this planet to do it.

I took a slight break from the beta in the last few weeks but just wanted to say, bravo. Congratulations, I stepped in and started a new game. Runs extremely smooth, and with a good mouse(I highly advise against a laptop mouse for this game) the data presentation is awesome.

Look forward to the what the future of FHM holds. One question though, now that we are past the release, will save games be compatible with future versions?

PS, switching to the numerical ratings as opposed to the star ratings was a brilliant move.

Yes in one of Jeff's posts made this morning about the 1.0 release it's noted that here on out saved games/files will be compatible!

Its the standard St Louis universal bug... just like PECOTA yearly undervaluing St Louis players in OOTP.

When EHM was cancelled I never dared to hope there would be another hockey sim.

As this is version 1.0, there will be unexpected bugs and features that need to be added or improved. I have no doubt you will do your best to overcome these challenges. For now, all that needs to be said is this: thank you.

Played earlier versions of the beta, but took a long hiatus and just downloaded 1.0. I'm extremely excited for the FHM crew and would like to thank you all for you hard work and time. Can't wait to see how far along the game's come. Congrats on your release!

Congrats to the OOTP team for the hard work and long hours. Also for putting up and quite frankly being very kind to some that have been way too hard on them.

Just thinking last night how cool it is to be able to play any team from 1947 onwards. I could be the California Golden Seals with Gilles Meloche in net, and Stan Weir and Reggie Leach on the top line or the 1981 NY Islanders with Mike Bossy, Billy Smith and Bryan Trottier or how about the 74-75 Flyers with the Broadstreet Bullies. The options can be endless and the outcomes could be different depending on who you draft or trade!
