Custom game, salary floor problem
Okay, I just started a custom game. When I started it I did away with the salary cap, but I left the salary floor, I think I actually set it lower that what it was set for, it is now 22 mil.
I advanced, had the initial draft, went through all of pre-season and now when I try to start the season, I get told my team is under the salary floor. My team total salary is 16 mil. I checked all the teams, they ALL are under the salary floor, right around the same 16 mil. It looks like almost everyone I check has a max salary of 550,000. First, why would this do this? Second, is there a fix to this? Thanks. |

I'll have to do some experimenting here, it sounds like there's a weird interaction between the changes we made in the update to reduce salary demands for younger players in the initial draft and the lack of a cap while still keeping some cap rules (i.e. the floor) enabled.

After the initial draft, this time all the teams had a team salary somewhere around 36-44 mil. On my original post, I double checked, every team had the same salary, right around 16 mil and the salary floor was set at 22 mil. |
