Question Browser issue in these forums - 502 Bad Gateway

Is anyone other than me getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error when trying to view the newest (bold) forum posts? I can't read these posts which is annoying. If I wait a day or so and they're no longer bold, I can then open it.

This is happening in Chrome. When I switched to Internet Explorer, it worked fine. Chrome has been working fine until a couple days ago. Perhaps there was a browser update?

Anyone having this issue in Chrome or perhaps Firefox?

I've been getting it for ages. Like months whenever I log out.

I was having this issue yesterday at work using Firefox. I changed to IE and no issues.

No issues on this computer at home though, on any browser.

I've had the same with Chrome at home but Firefox works fine. Even after clearing out history so it's probably something session forum related.

Ironically (since most seem to have the problem with Chrome and resolved with IE), I always used IE when browsing the OOTP forums and suddenly it became an issue with nearly every thread. Now I've been using Chrome here for about a week and haven't seen it since.

That at least confirms that it is not browser specific.

A quick internet search suggests it may be something in the nginx configuration. Perhaps our gracious hosts can have someone look into this on the server.

Now almost every new thread is prompting the error even in Chrome for me.

Ah well, I guess I can just look for updates in the thread titles and be surprised by what the patches offer.
