Questions about what is or isn't in the game currently.

Hi guys! I'm just trying to figure out a few things and were wondering if anyone knows if they are in the game currently.

1. GM reputation.

For example if I play a few seasons in the English leagues will jobs like the CHL, AHL, etc. become available for me?

I understand I can use commissioner mode, but was just curious if there is any point in starting in a low league right now.

2. Free Agent scouting. Do other teams scout free agents? Just wondering because I created a superstar type player with very little reputation and keep checking to see if any team anywhere will pick him up. Just curious if other teams scout yet.

Those are my only questions for now. Enjoying the game and can't wait for future updates + release.

1. It's not active currently in the beta nor is the user GM contracts but honestly this early on it wouldn't matter if it did because generally you can't get past a few seasons.

2. Can't answer this one, not sure how it works but i would think so to some extent. The AI still needs some work.

Thanks Dave. Now I can move on and not worry about GMing some team in England and come and manager a QMJHL or NHL squad. =)

The GM reputation actually is in the game. You can start unemployed and select your starting reputation (if you start with a team your reputation is assigned automatically). And yes, your reputation is increasing if you do well. I started with the lowest reputation possible and got job offers only from UK. I accepted Cardiff Devils' (EIHL) offer and played three seasons and I did very well (I actually ruled the league, because of some sort of bug I was able to sign super players). After those three seasons my reputation improved and I had offers from ECHL, OHL, QMJHL and WHL too.
