Make a Transfer Offer
Hello, guys the beta is awesome like how things work in it, just want to point out something, sorry if someone has pointed it out. NHL teams do not need to make a Transfer offer to a Europe team to sign a prospect so many need to fix that and I just did the first draft and Alexsander "Sasha" Barkov was not in that draft.
Thanks guys Matt |

Actually, often NHL teams do have to buy out the contracts of international players. If the player is under contract in Russia, the Russian club will want compensation before they release a player, for example. Then Penguins had to buy Jagr out of Czec, I believe, but Malkin couldn't be bought, so he essentially had to defect to get away from his team. It can be messy...

I would agree compensation is right but not get asked for 4 million for a player that I have drafted like in EHM they made you pay for any staff you signed that is the compensation not a Transfer Offer to drafted prospects
