IrfanView - Batch Resizing?

I'm stumbling a bit looking for a program that is capable of batch resizing of pics. I have IrfanView, and perhaps I'm overlooking it in its menu. Can anyone direct me to it or to a program that has this ability?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry. Spelled 'batch' correctly this time in Google and it turned up some recommendations. I'm downloading a freeware resizer called Visualizer that appears to have what I'm looking for, but I remain open to suggestions.

Thanks.

Real easy once you know. Not intuitive though. Do the batch thing. Select all the players. Pick first one then shift pick last one. Check to allow advanced. Go into advanced and set the size you want. Make sure the incoming and outgoing folder are correct (choose different folders) and the outgoing type (jpg). Then click the add button on left list. Then the start button on left list. That's it.

Thanks. Been playing with IrfanView pic at a time, unaware until this moment it could actually do it. What an excellent program this turned out to be, eh? After I do some sorting, I'll be giving it a spin. Appreciate your help.

I used to use Irfanview, but switched to batch conversion in photoshop due to it's better ability to compress files effectively with the "save to web" feature.
