Stan Coveleski - Legend 99
I am looking to part with my Coveleski if anyone is interested. This is a phenomenal card with the best ratings of any pitcher on my staff. However, I am completely addicted to opening packs and will part with him for the right deal.
I will entertain any and all serious offers! |

Awesome card - one of my top arms. Good luck to you in your sale.

I have this card and I would never sell it off a team at Perfect level. He 's an excellent SP and gain 15 stuff for moving into the pen. I have him as my Stopper even though he'd be my #2-3 SP just because he's giving me such great high leverage innings in that role. Plus I have other decent SP that don't convert as well into the pen.
I would advise you keep the card.

Chico, I assume yours is the one on the market right now?
I have been looking for a new 4th starter, but I am only willing to spend 175K. If you are willing to sell it at that price then I am happy to feed your pack addiction, however, it is a fantastic card and I totally understand if you want a premium to move it!

No matter what happens, I'll always have the memory of that thing coming out of the pack (not 20 minutes after I got a perfect Ted Williams). Love those glorious moments! My daughters were so excited too...when they hear fireworks they always jump up and ask, was it gold, was it diamond?? And they call the perfect cards black gold. Sorry for the tangent here, but I guess my pack obsession is a sickness while my wife thinks I'm nuts! |

Hey man, I wouldn't want to sell it a 175K either. Sounds to me like the card has sentimental value. I would just hold on to it, it can be a special piece of your team for the rest of the year. Nothing beats a chance to connect your family with your hobbies!!
Best of luck in scratching your pack itch, and thank you for sharing your story!!

Taking him off the market and working on getting him back in the rotation now. I doubt anyone is willing to pay enough to make it worth while for me (because I really really like the card), but I will still listen to any offers here or through a PM.

You could always post him in a 48 hour auction with a starting point of 4000 to see what he's actually worth. Let the bidders do all the work for you.

If you're a pack addict - I'm always willing to listen. I'm an AH addict!

Put Vlad up cheap. I've been thinking about adding him.

Unless you're a buyer, this is a terrible idea

Not as bad as the item I saw posted last night with a "buy now" lower than the tax adjusted break even point.

I believe that you still get the Quick Sell price if something sells for less than break even. I have personally put a few cards up for quick sell price instead of actually selling them just to let people pick them up if they want them because it's the same to me.

these days since silver and bronze prices have crashed i will ship out cards to AH at 100 in open auction so someone has oppo to buy rather than just me sending card to oblivion. if the silver cards sells for 105. i still make 100. that is baked into the system. same with every level. you can't net less than quicksell on a sale. |

Couldn't resist putting Stan back up and he sold within an hour or so...248,000 will keep me busy for a while.

Congrats. I sold my Cobb just so I could open some packs. Felt sad after I logged in and saw all that loot in my PP bank. Hated doing it afterwards... I have only opened 50 packs so far with the proceeds and I've gotten 6 golds and 3 diamonds so far. Not one that sells for much more than face value though...
