Challenge Mode/ Export Question

So I just purchased OOTP21, played back in the days of OOTP 12-16ish. I think I've foolishly enabled challenge mode. I'm wanting to add more feeder league to the MLB, college and high school leagues, but it seems the feature isn't there. Is this because I'm in challenge mode?

Second question part of the question, if I can't add any more feeder leagues, is there a way to export the 6 feeder leagues I've already created, added logos to, put teams in the right towns, and renamed all the ballparks, to a new non-challenge league?

It's not possible in challenge mode but you can certainly do it in regular mode. Just save the templates of the 6 feeder leagues you've already created, then import those into the game you want them in.
