The Game Presents: My Top 44 All Time Favorite Players From Each Team

I am starting a series that i want to see how many teams i can get to and for how long i can play this league.
Each team will feature my 44 favorite players of each team. In 2021 this will become 45 top players. In 2022 it will drop back down to top 40.

House Rules:
Roster limit for league is whatever my roster is at the time.
Financials are turned off so players will only leave via CEI or retiring.
I can not trade for any players.
Once the team is under a 25 man roster i will either turn on ghost players or add jim Unknowns to my team. i will also add Jim Unknowns as needed under 30 players depending on need for injuries.

i will sim some seasons or play 1st game only of each series. i will play out playoffs if my team is in it.

I am starting with my top 44 White Sox players all time. Players are from the 1st year that they were with the Sox. So i have rookies in Baines, Thomas & Ventura but veterans like Shoeless Joe & Charlie Hough.

Along with my favorite players i have my favorite coaches. i am GM only. i will manage some games myself.

My Sox are predicted to finish 1st in the AL Central.Doubtful we will go far in the playoffs.

Accidentally hit sim til next month, so simmed a few weeks,

SP Wilbur Wood pitched a 2 Hit 4 K CG SH.
CF Shoeless Joe Jackson is named AL POTW.
SP Eddie Cicotte pitched a 4 Hit 5 K CG SH.
SP Billy Pierce pitched a 15 K game.
RP Alex Fernandez was placed on the 15 Day DL.

15-11 in April. Not bad. The verterans are doing well but most of the rookies are really bad. Abreu & Thomas are both doing well. Bere is doing ok. Defensively, this team is not good. I have Sholess Joe in CF with Lance Johnson as a late inning sub but One Dog cant hit yet. Minnie is at 3b with Ventura & Crede coming in as a defensive sub but neither can hit yet. Most of the pen has struggled.

McDowell & Buehrle have seen the most work out of the pen.

If the young players develop as they should, this team will be great as early as next season. Konerko, Abreu & Thomas have all see action at 1b/DH. Bo Jackson's best years are behind him.Baines is struggling.
