Great Work on *** Rosters/Ratings/Salaries

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the dev team for the great work on updating the *** ratings in this edition. I was frustrated last year after what I perceived as a few years in a row of not really making updates, which really trashes the experience of a new edition -- but you really stepped up and I'm having a blast with this year's game. I don't know how many of us focus a lot on foreign leagues with this game, but I want to make sure you know that I, at least, greatly appreciate the time/resources you put into not only making the ratings accurate, but also finally taking a stab at actually salaries for more than just the top ten or so players. Thank you for your effort.

If, by chance, you are looking to improve the *** experience further, might I suggest:

1. Coding in accurate draft rules. The way the first round works is very unique but super interesting, to the extent that I actually think you may see users want to incorporate it into fictional leagues if you make it available. See: http://www.npbtracker.com/2009/06/inside-of-***-draft/

2. Distinguishing between domestic and international free agency. Essentially, guys get domestic free agency first, and international a few years later. Makes a difference for those of us that run several leagues simultaneously to simulate the flow of talent back and forth form the MLB and Int'l leagues.

Even without the above suggestions in place, it's a super fun sim and I'm grateful to have the chance to play with Int'l leagues in such a high-quality piece of software that is English-language focused. Thanks again.

Speaking of *** drafts I saw a wiki page about the 2017 *** draft and saw they draft college, high school, and players who play (and work?) for companies. Can you think of the best equivalent % of college/high school/juco setup in the draft settings to emulate this?

I agree with Eminor3rd, and even more so after the patch today. I'm going to put together an "*** Advanced" quickstart that'll better reflect the rules of the league:

* advanced draftee signings on
* Miyazaki Phoenix Tournament in the fall
* 70-man secondary roster (to show that ikusei developmental players need to be moved off an MiLC to play in the big club)
