Clubhouse conflicts and correcting them....?

Playing a solo season and the last 2 months or so I've gotten messages from players about clubhouse conflicts, etc.. Just wondering what, if anything can be done to correct this issue? Thanks

You have to identify the trouble makers and move them out. You could also try hiring a "Controlling" manager. For myself, I have a "No Knuckleheads" policy. I actively avoid players who are lazy, greedy, or worst of all, lazy and greedy, regardless of their talent. If a player is lazy, greedy, and unlikable (no leadership), these are your clubhouse cancers. Stay away from them.

What he said, with one caveat...controlling managers tend to do really well for two or three seasons tops, before the players tune them out. Use them only for teams that really need discipline. Also, try to find at least a couple leader types, and a prankster or two, for your team. Always seems to help.

Yes, I forgot to mention, try to get at least one "Captain" type player. These would be guys with Very High Leadership and at least High Work Ethic.
