Blank white screen

I try to open the game and all I get is a blank white screen. I have tried un installing and re installling and the same thing takes place at the installation. I've submitted a support ticket but was wondering if anyone else has run into this, and if so, how it was corrected. I run on a Windows 8 PC.

It's often a matter of the file settings.dat becoming corrupted. I suggest you try accessing the fiolder \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\config . Then, delete the settings.dat file. Then, start the game again. That's worked for at least most of those who encountered that problem.

For some reason when i install the game i also will get a blank screen the first time i run it, but if i leave it alone for like 2-3 min it will work itself out. I dont know if that's whats happening to you or not but it might be worth letting it hang at that screen for a bit and see if it starts working.
