Signing Minor League Players on my team to extensions - What am I doing wrong?
Hi
I have been signing some of my minor league players to minor league extensions and they have been accepting but then not long after they accept they are back on my list of upcoming free agents again. Is this a bug? I have just checked the player history of one of my minor leaguers who this is happening to and it says three times "Signed a 0-year minor league contract extension with the San Diego Padres organization" Thanks Last edited by Mills; 04-01-2020 at 09:43 PM. |

When are you signing them?

Just during the regular season in 2020. In previous versions of the game when I have offered my Minor Leaguers a minor league extension it has meant they have signed for the following year. It doesn't seem to be doing that in this game. Is there a certain time period when I should be offering minor league extensions?

I think that you have to wait until the season is over to sign them to minor league extensions for next year.
