Not a sports management game, but FIFA soccer has let you play as several women’s national teams for many versions now. And finally, there is no basketball management sim worth a ****. But NBA 2k does have in game 3-D models for female referees. I would have to go look but I also think you can make your top coaching assistant female as well and that 3-D model is sitting on the bench during games. The game only displays the head coach and top assistant and not the staff during the games franchise mode. Also new to this years version is the full WNBA. Every team and player is included. You can play as them in one off games and also during season mode. You can’t use them in the franchise mode. But maybe in the future. |

45 years ago today MLB commissioner Bowie Kuhn wrote letters to all 30 teams telling them that they should make a "unified stand" against allowing female reporters the same access to MLB players as male reporters.
MLB was sued by Melissa Ludtke https://law.justia.com/cases/federal...61/86/2266331/ *https://twitter.com/baseballandthe2/...445441025?s=19 |

"Pajama boy" is a pejorative, and, like most pejoratives, it reflects more poorly on the user than the "target". It comes from a Affordable Care Act commercial where some guy, in his pajamas, tells people to stay home in their pajamas and sign up for health insurance. Or something like that. A certain type of person was opposed to this, so it became a meme and an insult Virtue signaling derives from the biological idea of some members of a species indicating that they are more fit than others for reproduction. It then, also, became used to describe the act of signaling moral values It's now used as a pejorative, again-think about what pejoratives really are and do, by people, many of the same people who probably use terms like "pajama boy", to insult people who have a position contrary to theirs on some social issue. Similar to a Social Justice Warrior. |

Alright, I think this conversation has more than run its course. I know we're all stuck inside, but if you want to discuss stuff like this, probably best to keep it to the off-topic boards.
