Custom Award Icon Drama...
I am trying to replace the default awards (ROY, Gold Glove, etc.) with some of the ones shared here in our community but I cannot figure this out to save my life. There was a different thread with instructions and I followed them, but still have issues. I have downloaded the award photos I wanted, downloaded the skin from the add ons central, overwrote the default awards in the downloaded skin with the new ones, deleted the .bin file and it still used the defaults. I went so far as to delete the entire skin folder for the skin I want to update and copy/paste the new one in its place and nothing happened. I changed skins on the game's start screen and went back to the skin with my new photos and nothing happened. By nothing, I mean that the default awards are still loading. I feel like I am just missing one step here, but I just don't know what that would be. Any suggestions?

Here's a tip I followed that worked....
Run ootp as administrator (in Windows 10 right click ootp shortcut and pick Run as administrator) to get the skins to install. Give it a try.

I posted this in the other thread where you had asked for help... From what you had said in that thread it appeared to me me that maybe you didn't install them after downloading or somehow they installed incorrectly... Anyhow thought to post it here in case you missed it... Good luck...
After you downloaded the classic skin files, did you actually install them? The file structure should look like this on a default game install... C:\Users\your name\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 19\skins\ootp19 classic within the ootp19 classic folder should be the following: (2) Files: skin.bin - this is the one to delete after making your changes defaults.cfg (4) Folders: colours constants images style_sets You would replace the awards in the the images folder... Then delete the skin.bin file within that skins folder as shown above... Sounds to me like you never installed the skin or somehow it was installed incorrectly...

I did not replace any icons, but I did replace the microphone image in the style_sets folder and deleted the skin.bin file and the game regenerated the skin.bin with out any problems and the new image shows up just fine... I only use the Classic skin...
