Online League Image Issues

My online league has been having some image issues, hopefully someone with more graphical experience can help figure it out.

The first issue is jerseys & caps showing up properly in the little popup when you hover over a player, but when clicking on his name and going to his profile page, he's wearing a plain default jersey/cap.

The second is logos changing seemingly as the game wishes. I uploaded the same logo as the team primary and secondary, and the secondary logo is having the color darkened. Some guys are having issues with the primary logo disappearing as well.

I do know that some of the guys are checking the "Run Check for Logo..." box when loading the game, but I don't think that causes all of these issues. I also made sure that the league file upload is set to include the updated/changed images.

I renamed and re-added all of the logos/jerseys/caps on my desktop to make sure they fit the naming conventions and such, and then tested on my laptop (both Mac), and the issues keep popping up.

Any help is much appreciated.
