Sorry it was just joke, and the players name showed up in my fictional league, I did not make this up. I have been playing OOTP since ver 1 and this is the first time i have ever seen the name cockhead. it is from a names file I downloaded form Files SimCentral. sorry you all took my post that way. Please accept my apology

You are right I did not even bother to read his childish screen name, kinda like the pot calling the kettle black, but then again one childish post leads to another. Again I should have been more careful with my post, just thought someone would get a kick out of it. I did not know that it would make someone so unhappy. and just think after he read it and it bothered him he lowered himself to my childish level by answering my post. It is just amazing the only posts I have ever done are to learn more about the game. I should have known that my first silly post in in 5 years would elicit such a childish reaction
I will make sure that my future posts are only to ask questions Sorry Targy Last edited by targy; 07-08-2005 at 12:53 AM. |

I didn't have a problem with your initial post at all. I thought the name was pretty funny. Obviously, the reaction came after you made the joke about what the manager might call him rather than the player's name itself. But I personally didn't mind it. Thanks for sharing!

"Cockhead" is a real last name. It's English in origin - from Wiltshire, in fact.
You could look it up.

I agree with a few things in this thread. A few things, I disagree with.

I disagree with everything in this post, except for some things of which I feel a mild ambivalence.
